Ejection Report Info

Whenever a player is ejected, the ejection report must be filled out by the ejecting official and submitted within 24 hours.  ​

Please follow these instructions:

Go to the CIF Southern Section Website and click on the Officials Tab http://www.cifss.org

Under the official's tab, click "Officials Misconduct Report" https://www.cifsshome.org/misconduct/login

Enter "Football" under sport and type in the password "123"

Complete each field 

Do not forget to select the Liaison "Ralph Aranda" at the bottom where it asks 'Liaison to send to'

When you completely filled out the form, click SAVE

You can save a copy by pressing print at the bottom​For further information, click on the form below
