Long Beach Football Officals Association
LBFOA Information
The LBFOA provides training and certification, as well as assigns
football officials to public and private high schools in the Long
Beach/Whitter area.
Sports served are all levels of boys tackle football and girls flag football.
All games are played under the
jurisdiction of the CIFSS under the rules established by the NFHS.
Officials pay per game for the 2026/27 season is:
Tackle Football:
Frosh/Soph/JV - $102
Varsity - $152
Flag Football:
Varsity (3 person) $76.00 Varsity (2 person) $81.00
Non-Varsity (3 person) $60.00
Non-Varsity (2 person) $64.00
CIF Registration 2026-27
Registration is Open
•New to Arbiter and Registration click HERE to register or visit the CIF Central Hub then click on the Registration Tab
•Sign into arbiter.io using your Arbiter account.
•Go to the Eligibility tab
•Click on the Registration tab
•You will see the 2026-27 CIF Officials Registration option click on “Register”
LBFOA officials representing at the highest level as the
CIF State Semi-Final and Final Crew.
